At TSI, we don’t hire good instructors.  We only hire great instructors – we feel that our reputation is on the line during each and every class.  Good instructors will only create yet another training course and yet another training company.  At TSI we strive for excellence and require the same from our employees.

All of our instructors have passed a rigorous pre-screening process prior to being given the opportunity to train one of TSI’s courses.  If the candidate does not impress the members of the TSI staff and the students, they do not earn the right to wear the TSI instructor jersey.  If at any time one of our instructors fails to maintain the highest level of student satisfaction, TSI will retrain or dismiss the instructor.  That's the instructor owned difference you can only get from TSI.
